|Recommended: YesA Great Place to Live in College — The staff is always helpful here Any issues were addressed quickly, and they were even able to notify me if they were planning on coming in during the day so I could make sure my pets were properly crated before the maintenance staff came in. It was a cozy little home and amazing to be able to have my pets with me on campus, especially during the pandemic where I mostly learned from home. Of course, they are older buildings, but they've been well kept up and it was easy to make it feel like home. Parking can be a little tricky, but overall, this was a great place to live while I went to UD.

It's basically on the campus, which is a major plus. The management is very great, always helpful. Overall, we definitely recommend the Varsity
